Registration Details
THE EARLY 10% DISCOUNT ends on March 31, 2014. All registrations must be postmarked on or before March 31 to receive the discount. The Early 10% Discount applies to the Meeting Registration Packages ONLY.

PAYMENTS Payments may be made by check or money order, made payable to AYSO, or by credit card using the registration form provided for your convenience. Please send registration forms along with payment to American Youth Soccer Organization, Attention Events Department, 19750 S. Vermont Ave., Suite 200, Torrance, CA 90502. Registrations can also be completed online at www.eAYSO.org or faxed to (310) 525-1157. Please note: Registrations submitted on eAYSO or faxed will be accepted with credit card payment only. No telephone reservations will be accepted.
REFUNDS Full refunds will be granted if the request is received in writing prior to March 31, 2014. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received in writing prior to May 12, 2014. No refund will be granted after May 12, 2014.

Meeting Registration Packages
To register for the NAGM, one registration package must be selected for each attendee. Each registration package, except for registration package #3, includes access to different meal functions. Therefore, please review each registration package carefully and select the package that best suits your dining needs. If you do not plan on attending any meal functions, select registration package #3; no changes can be made after purchase!
