12 Noon – 7:00 p.m. Team Check-In, Referee Check-In, Soccerfest Check-In
Team Check-In: Teams check-in. Check-in includes inspection of player identification, uniforms and equipment. Pick up coaches bag and team preorders. Take National Games team photo. Purchase National Games sale items.
Referee Check-In: Verify if on pre-registered list (local contact number, hotel, etc.), verify availability during games and assign appropriate age group. Give necessary handouts as deemed appropriate by the Referee Administrator.
Soccerfest Check-In: Register any other players not associated with teams playing in the National Games.

5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Opening Ceremonies – An AYSO Celebration
Parade of teams and referees. Welcoming remarks and entertainment.
9:00 – 10:00 p.m. Activity Coach and Referee Meetings/Reception
Mandatory briefing and opportunity for networking for all coaches/referees.

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Soccerfest
National Games participating players and other independently signed-up players (U10 – U19 divisions) are divided into random teams made up of other players in their age group. Teams are coached and refereed by AYSO volunteers. These Soccerfest teams will play two short games for fun with the objective of meeting players from across the country who are participating in the National Games.

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. National Games – Semi Finals and Final Games
The 4 teams winning their quarter final games advance to the Championship round. The other 4 teams from the Quarter final games advance to the Consolation round. All teams will play 2 games with 1st through 4th place awards in both rounds.
Following Final Games Champion and Consolation Bracket Awards Ceremonies
